Which is the essential thing to get to the top place for PPC ad? Quality score or bid amount?
According to my opinion, it’s quality score that matters. With a higher quality score, you could make a lower bid and still get a higher placement. But, your bid should not be too low, it should be as must as the amount of most of your competitors is bidding. If your bid is low, then even a high-quality score would not lead you to high placement.
Focus on Quality score. “He who pays the most money” is an old quote now in context of PPC ads. Search Engine now focus on relevancy and prefer ads that has good quality score.
The single most important factor in deciding ad position is Quality Score. As the name says it all, quality score means the overall quality of your ad and higher the Quality Score, the “better” the ad is. Better quality ads are more likely to be relevant and helpful to searchers and for this reason, they are more considered by Google.
