    I want to build Web-app instead of website but still, some people say that you must have a website first. Is it necessary to have a website or a web-app just suffice the work?

    Although its not important to have a website before starting your own business. But if you want to attract investors and want to pitch your product or service in the market then you must start with your website as your website act as  image how the business will start and what its all about.
